Free-of-charge consumer services and B2B promotional placement cancellation rules.
1. Free Consumer Services (B2C)
Core Takmyn features (map, directory, voice navigator, public transit, offline maps, "Friends on Map", and Takmyn ID) are provided to individuals free of charge.
Taxi fare estimates shown on the map are informational only; rides are fulfilled and billed directly by the chosen taxi service.
2. B2B Promotional & Priority Placement Cancellation
Pursuant to Article 21 of the Law of Turkmenistan "On Consumer Rights Protection" (No. 140-V) and the Civil Code of Turkmenistan (No. 162-VII), business clients may cancel paid promotional placements at any time.
