Takmyn Privacy & Personal Data Protection Policy

1. Operator Identity & 100% Data Localization in Turkmenistan (Article 12(2) of Law No. 519-V)

Personal Data Operator: Individual Entrepreneur Serdarov Jumageldi (Certificate No. 0080221, Ashgabat, Turkmenistan, e-mail: sj@sanly.tm — 24/7, phone: +99371539060 — 12:00–18:00). Under Article 7(6) of Law No. 519-V, no separate license is required for personal data processing.

Pursuant to Article 12(2) of Law No. 519-V, all Takmyn and Takmyn ID servers and databases are physically hosted 100% within the territory of Turkmenistan (Türkmenistanyň çäginde) on TürkmenTelekom (sanly.tm) infrastructure. No cross-border data transfers occur.

2. Data Minimization & Categories Processed (Article 12(1) of Law No. 519-V)

We do not collect passport numbers, biometrics, or payment card details. Only minimal functional data is processed:

• Takmyn ID Account: phone number (+993XXXXXXXX), e-mail, display name, UI language (tk/ru/en), and avatar;
• Anonymized Traffic Probes (Article 18 of Law No. 519-V): GPS traffic probes are never linked to user_id, device identifiers are hashed with a rotating daily salt sha256(device_id + daily_salt), and raw points expire within 2 hours;
• "Friends on Map" (Article 20 of Law No. 519-V): location is shared solely when explicitly enabled by the user with approved friends (exact or ~1 km approximate mode); trails expire after 24 hours;
• Reviews & Photos: EXIF metadata (including GPS coordinates) is automatically stripped upon upload;
• Security Logs (Article 25 of Law No. 159-V): retained within Turkmenistan for 12 months.

3. Data Subject Rights & Statutory Response Times (Article 27 of Law No. 519-V)

Pursuant to Article 27 of Law No. 519-V, the Operator guarantees:

• Within 1 business day (bir iş gününiň dowamynda): response to data subject requests and blocking of disputed data pending review;
• Within 3 business days (üç iş gününden köp bolmadyk möhletde): rectification of inaccurate data and permanent deletion upon withdrawal of consent;
• Instant self-service account deletion in the app ("Profile → Delete Account") or on the web at /account/delete.
