How to install the APK (3 simple steps)

1. Download the file

Tap "Download APK" and wait for the takmyn.apk file to finish downloading.

2. Allow installation from your browser

Open the downloaded file. If Android prompts for permission in Chrome, tap "Settings" and toggle on "Allow from this source".

3. Tap "Install" and open the map

Tap "Install". On first launch, the app will offer to download the offline map for your city or region.

How updates work

The app checks for new versions automatically and offers updates right inside the app — your downloaded offline maps and saved places stay intact.

Takmyn for iPhone & iPad

Full-screen web app installed right on your Home Screen via Safari.

The iPhone app is being prepared for publication on the App Store. For now, install the web version on your Home Screen — it works like an app, but only when connected to the internet (offline maps are currently available only in the Android app).

How to add Takmyn to your Home Screen in Safari (3 steps)

1. Tap the Share button in Safari

Open takmyn.com.tm in Safari and tap the Share icon (square with an upward arrow) in the bottom toolbar.

2. Choose "Add to Home Screen"

Scroll down the action sheet and tap "Add to Home Screen" (with the plus icon).

Tap "Add" in the top-right corner — the Takmyn icon will appear on your iPhone Home Screen.
